Our Red Beans with Sausage is a wonderfully flavorful dish that draws upon classic Creole and Cajun culinary traditions. Red kidney beans are simmered to tender perfection using just the right blend of Creole-style herbs and spices, along with onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic.
